Welcome to Unique.I Ltd, an Irish e-commerce platform specialising in second-hand and pre-loved clothing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.uniquei.ie (the "Site") and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our supporting policies, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. 1. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree not to use our Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, including the infringement of intellectual property rights or the distribution of malicious software. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

2. Products and Descriptions

Unique.I sells second-hand and vintage clothing, which means each item is unique. We make every effort to display items accurately, including photographs, measurements, and condition notes. However, due to variations in lighting, screens, and the pre-owned nature of products, some minor discrepancies may occur. Such differences do not constitute defects. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or stock errors and to cancel orders affected by such issues. If an order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a refund.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. Unique.I does not store your payment card details. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including suspected bulk or resale purchases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within Ireland using trusted carriers such as An Post and DPD. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. 6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition. Because all Unique.I garments are pre-owned, any previously disclosed imperfections or wear are not grounds for return. Full details are available in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Personal Data and GDPR Compliance

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
