Welcome to Unique.I Ltd, an Irish e-commerce platform specialising in second-hand and pre-loved clothing. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders within Ireland and the EU. Our goal is to maintain full transparency with our customers while complying with Irish consumer law, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and GDPR.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. Orders are fulfilled directly from our Dublin-based facility:

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
2. Shipping Zones & Carriers
We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of Ireland.
International shipping to selected EU countries may be available soon — updates will be published on our website.
Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners, primarily An Post and DPD Ireland, ensuring reliability and parcel tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal volume, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We offer free shipping on orders over €75 within the Republic of Ireland.
Flat-rate shipping applies for smaller orders:
Standard Delivery: €5.95
Local Delivery (Dublin area): €3.95
All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Local Pickup
Customers can collect their orders free of charge from our Dublin facility by prior arrangement.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@uniquei.ie with your order number.
All shipments include basic courier insurance. We will work with the carrier to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Unique.I is not responsible for loss or damage once the order is handed over to the courier, but we will assist customers in filing claims.
7. International Deliveries & Customs
Unique.I does not offer deliveries outside the Republic of Ireland
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
We will always declare items accurately and comply with customs regulations.
8. Sustainable & Ethical Shipping
As a business built on circular fashion, Unique.I prioritises eco-friendly packaging and consolidated shipments to minimise carbon impact. We reuse clean, recycled materials whenever possible and encourage customers to recycle packaging.
9. GDPR and Data Handling
We handle your shipping information (name, address, phone number, and email) in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is shared only with courier partners for delivery purposes.
Data is stored securely and retained only as long as required for order fulfilment and legal obligations.
